Business Trading Hours
Walk-in Store
Please take note of our walk-in store’s business hours will change during the festive season. Our walk-in store will close at 12:00 on Wednesday, 24 December 2025 and re-open on Monday, 5 January 2026.

Please note that all orders placed on 15 & 16 Dec 2025 will only be packed and shipped on Wed, 17 Dec 2025.

- 26 Dec 2025 (Day of Goodwill) – Closed

Please note that all orders placed on 29 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026 will only be packed and shipped on Fri, 2 Jan 2026.
Online Store
Our online store will remain open to process your orders during the festive period and orders will be packed daily for courier delivery. All orders received and paid for by 10:00 AM we will packed for shipping on the same day. Please take note of the above business hours and shipping times during the festive season.
Please note that 18 December 2025 is the last order date to ensure delivery to local major cities and towns of online orders by Christmas (25 Dec 2025). Deliveries to outlying, remote areas, farms and high-risk areas might be delayed.
Any orders after 18 December 2025 will still be shipped as normal, but we can’t guarantee delivery by 25 Dec 2025.
Orders paid and selected for in-store pickup (Centurion, Pretoria) will be done strictly with prior appointment with clients.
Please ensure that you get your orders in as early as possible to avoid disappointment over the Festive period.
