Please note as of 1 April 2026 The Courier Guy has implemented a temporary fuel surcharge for all deliveries due to global events, including ongoing conflict in the Middle East, continue to impact fuel prices both locally and internationally.
This has led to increased fuel volatility and higher operating costs across the logistics industry. Note all shipping costs will include a temporary R13.00 fuel surcharge.
GAUTENG plus Rustenburg, Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, Hartbeespoort, Brits, Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark, Sasolburg, Parys
R133.00: up to 5kg
R138.00: between 5kg and 15kg
R15.00 per kg over 15kg (maximum 30kg)
Cities, Towns & Most Other Areas
R133.00: between 0kg and 2kg
R143.00: between 3kg and 5kg
R183.00: between 6kg and 10kg
R218.00: between 11kg and 15kg
R303.00: between 16kg and 20kg
R15-00 per kg over 20kg (maximum 30kg)
Some Townships, Farms, Mines, Power Stations & Special Trips
R345-00 surcharge for remote areas
R85-00 surcharge for high risk areas
In some cases the surcharge can only be determined after we receive your order. We will contact you when this happens.
Typical Delivery Times*
- Pretoria and Johannesburg: Typically 1 day**
- Rest of Gauteng & Surrounding Areas (Vaal, Potch, Rustenburg, Brits, Klerksdorp): 1-2 days**
- Cities in KZN, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Free State, North West: 1-2 days**
- Cities in Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Northern Cape: 2-3 days**
- Regional Towns: 1-4 days**
- Remote Towns, Farms, Mines & Special Trips: 3-6 days**
